Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All of our pieces are made to order, so please allow 1-4 weeks for production time. This allows us to craft each item carefully to your specifications. 

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services. The delivery times are as follows:

  • UK: 2-3 working days via Second Class Tracked after 1-4 weeks production.
  • Europe: 3-5 working days via International Tracked after 1-4 weeks production.
  • International: 5-7 working days via International Tracked after 1-4 weeks production.

Please note, SEMZA does not cover customs fees or import duties for international orders. Any customs charges incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
